We combine the flavors of four mushroom varieties – Shitake, Button and Portabella.  Adding the combination of parmesan, cheddar, sharp cheddar and mascarpone cheeses give this a flavor combination that bursts from the plate.

Our Gluten Free variety is uniquely made with organic Quinoa pasta which gives it texture and added protein.  Its' distinctive, slightly nutty flavor will have you hooked from first bite!

Cooking tip! - when heating, do not stir as the Quinoa noodles are very delicate.  
Some breakage may occur and this is normal.
